Medivant is an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility. Once your information is shared with our Clinical Partner for this purpose, its collection, use, and protection of any health information you provide is governed by the Clinical Partner's own privacy practices and applicable law, including HIPAA, and not by this Policy.

We will identify our Clinical Partner to you at or before the point your information is shared, and, where required by law, will obtain your consent before making that referral.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Site against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information collected through the Site for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
