How Medivant Healthcare protects your personal information.

Website Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 2026

1.Introduction

Tailstorm Health Inc., doing business as Medivant Healthcare ("Medivant," "we," "us," or "our"), respects the privacy of visitors to our website (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you.

Medivant is an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility. This Site is intended to provide general information about our company and products and to allow visitors to request information or submit inquiries. This Site does not collect medical records, treatment information, or other clinical data, and is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare provider.

Although Medivant, in this capacity, is not acting as a HIPAA "covered entity" or "business associate" solely by operating this Site, we have designed our data handling practices to reflect the privacy and security principles underlying the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA"), out of respect for the sensitivity our visitors may attach to health-related interests.

2.Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information when you interact with the Site:

  • Contact information you provide, such as name, email address, phone number, and company or organization name, when you submit a contact form, request information, or subscribe to communications.
  • Information you voluntarily include in free-text fields or messages, such as the nature of your inquiry.
  • Technical and usage information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URLs, through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

We do not knowingly collect medical history, diagnosis information, treatment information, or other clinical data through this Site. If you are a patient seeking care, please use the appropriate patient-facing platform rather than this Site.

3.Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand how visitors use it. Where a page or form relates to a specific health topic or product category, we take care in how tracking technologies are configured on that page, consistent with FTC guidance and OCR guidance concerning the use of tracking pixels on health-related web content.

We do not knowingly configure third-party advertising or analytics tools to receive information that identifies an individual together with a specific health condition, diagnosis, or treatment interest. Where any third-party pixel or analytics tag operates on a page that discusses a health topic, it is configured to receive only de-identified or aggregated usage data, and not information tying a specific visitor to a specific health interest.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.

4.How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to inquiries and requests submitted through the Site;
  • Communicate with you about our company, products, or services, where you have requested such communication;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our rights.

We do not sell personal information, as that term is defined under applicable state law, and we do not use information collected through this Site to build health-condition-based advertising profiles.

5.How We Share Information

We do not share the information described above with third parties except:

  • With service providers who perform services on our behalf (such as website hosting, email delivery, or customer relationship management), under confidentiality obligations consistent with this Policy;
  • Where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or other legal process;
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections;
  • With your consent.

We do not sell or rent personal information collected through this Site to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6.Telehealth and Clinical Referrals

If you submit an inquiry through the Site indicating interest in a product or condition-related topic, we may share the contact and inquiry information you provided with an independent, separately licensed telehealth provider ("Clinical Partner") for the purpose of enabling that provider to reach out to you regarding a possible clinical consultation.

Medivant itself does not receive, store, process, or maintain protected health information (PHI). Medivant is not the entity that evaluates, diagnoses, treats, or prescribes to any individual. Once your information is shared with our Clinical Partner for this purpose, its collection, use, and protection of any health information you provide is governed by the Clinical Partner's own privacy practices and applicable law, including HIPAA, and not by this Policy.

We will identify our Clinical Partner to you at or before the point your information is shared, and, where required by law, will obtain your consent before making that referral.

7.Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Site against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.Data Retention

We retain information collected through the Site for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

9.Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those communications or by contacting us directly.

10.Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
