Medivant Healthcare is a pioneer in the pharmaceutical industry, providing high quality products reliably, efficiently, affordably, and at scale for hospitals, healthcare providers, and their patients. Founded in 2015 and based in Phoenix, Arizona, Medivant Healthcare operates two fully automated CGMP FDA registered facilities in Arizona, that produce Single Dose liquid injectable vials (1-30 ml each) and pre-filled syringes (0.05-2.25 ml each).
Medivant ensures consistent, reliable production of generic medications approved by the FDA on its Injectable Drug Shortage list. We aim to meet the demand for these medications throughout the country by ramping up our production in the next year. Medivant Healthcare is also approved as a contract manufacturer (CMO) where we manufacture FDA-approved ANDA products for other pharmaceutical companies. We have two state of the art facilities, both of which are located in Phoenix, Arizona. We established our Chandler manufacturing facility in 2020, which is fully validated and operational. Today we provide Single Dose vials for hospitals, emergency centers, doctors’ offices, and surgery centers nationwide. Through our commitment to product excellence, reliability, and affordability, we are modernizing American pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Chief Executive Officer
In 2018, Viraj Gandhi founded Medivant Healthcare drawing upon his 25 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing & sales experience. Viraj has been involved in helping build 3 pharmaceutical companies internationally in his career. Leveraging his vast experience, Viraj identified a unique opportunity to meet large scale demand for generic medications reliably, affordably, and efficiently by building a fully automated, state of the art manufacturing facility in Chandler, Arizona.
Hailing from Mumbai, India, Viraj led the growth of Medicine Shoppe India in his home country, growing the company to be the second largest pharmacy chain in all of India under his tenure as CEO while managing over 1,200 employees.

Director & Board Member
Anujj Patodia serves as our Director. Previously he served as director of Tailstorm Health Inc, our parent organization, where he set up our first Greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing. Anujj has been at the forefront of Medivant Healthcare from day one. With over twenty-five years of manufacturing experience across industries ranging from apparel to commodities and real estate, Anujj has a deep understanding of industrial engineering methods, processes, and workloads. He is an expert in managing projects flawlessly from ideation to planning, management, execution, and final delivery. He pays close attention to customers and to our internal team to ensure we hire across various levels successfully.
Anujj has a degree in Economics from HR College of Commerce and Economics in India.
President
Drawing upon his thirty-year plus experience in international sales and marketing for retail, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, as well as wine and beverages, Ramesh is our President. He guides our CMO partnerships, purchasing deals, and marketing endeavors to grow our market presence in the United States. Ramesh holds two degrees in business management and psychology from the University of Mumbai.

KR Brings in three decades of Pharmaceutical Industry experience and possess in -depth expertise in all life cycle stages of Pharmaceutical Dosage forms – Drug substance and Drug Products -Sterile dosages, Solid Dosages, and specialty products. Associated with Pioneer Pharmaceutical Organizations and held No1 /No 2 Leadership positions in Quality Organogram , viz President -Global Quality ( Cadila Pharmaceuticals, India),President -Quality & Compliance ( Life pharma FZE,UAE) Sr Vice President Corporate Quality Assurance ( Cipla Ltd , India),Sr Vice President Global Quality ( Claris Injectables ,India), Vice President &Head of Corporate, site Quality ( Alkem Laboratories, India) Associate Vice President Corporate Quality Assurance ( Aurobindo Pharma Ltd, India).
Vice President of Sales
With 27 years of experience directly in the pharmaceutical industry, Greg Chavez is our Vice President of Sales. Greg has worked extensively in the pharmacy field from clinical pharmacy roles in an inpatient setting to management, sales and consulting as a pharmacy director for national pharmacy chains, medical companies, and specialty pharmacy companies such as Humana, Medco, Avella Specialty and Banner Healthcare. Greg attended the University of New Mexico where he studied pharmacology at the Robert O. Anderson School of Management. Greg is passionate about pharmacology and helping people achieve success in their personal and professional lives.
Sr. Director of Operations and Finance
Mitesh is the company’s operating leader where he ensures the company is working at optimum managerial capacity. He also leads the company’s finance function wherein he liases with all the company’s vendors & investors. While he holds a pharmacy degree from University of Gujarat, India, he has been a corporate executive throughout his 23 years career, working in operations & finance.
Sr. Director of Engineering
Rashesh is an innovative, multi-talented natural leader who is our Director of Engineering. His love of learning has led him to acquire no less than four degrees across engineering, marketing, law, and business. Early in his career, Rashesh developed prototypes for automation and image processing followed by extensive business planning and sales strategy development for international markets. He closed managed pharmaceutical projects to grow sales and develop products for American markets. He is very familiar with all the processes that make Medivant Healthcare work seamlessly and has managed all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing for two years prior to becoming director at Medivant.
Rashesh has a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Atimya Institute of Technology and Science and Master’s in Marketing from Christ College in Bangalore, India. He holds a law degree from Gujarat University in India and an MBA from Fachhochschule Würzburg-Schweinfurt university in Germany.
Sr. Director of Manufacturing
Sushil is the head of manufacturing for Medivant Healthcare wherein he ensures the company manufactures injectables at both its sites under full cGMP compliance. He has hands on experience in sterile manufacturing operations, validations & capacity enhancement.
Sushil holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from India and has more than 15 years of manufacturing experience working up the ranks at FDA approved facilities of Fresenius Kabi & Akorn.
Director of Pharmacy
Paula Beougher is our Director of Pharmacy and ensures the company’s regulatory compliance. Paula has over 15 years of direct pharmaceutical experience as a pharmacist, clinical pharmacist, business owner, and pharmacy manager, working for well-known national brands such as Walgreens, Avella Specialty Pharmacy, and SpotRx Pharmacy. Paula has a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Arizona and a Ph. D in pharmacology from Midwestern University.
Associate Director of Quality and Pharmacist in Charge
As the Associate Director of Quality and the Pharmacist-in-Charge, Brian is responsible that activities performed at Medivant Health are done in compliance with applicable state laws, federal regulations, and our validated operating procedures. Brian strives for the highest level of patient safety by reviewing batch records for all sterile drugs produced to ensure quality and safety prior to release. This requires a continuous review of all processes and to ensure production is executed at the highest level of quality and safety. Brian’s background as a pharmacist is vital in understanding the clinical significance of the quality of the pharmaceutical products produced and the impact it has on the market.
Brian received his Bachelors in Biology from the University of Missouri. After graduation, he attended Midwestern University in Chicago where he graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy in 2010. He then appointed to work for Walgreens Specialty at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. This position had a focus on managing patients with complex treatment plans for oncology, HIV, multiple sclerosis, and pain management. This role also required Brian to be trained in sterile and non-sterile compounding to develop special formulations according to patient needs.
Associate Director of Quality Assurance
Jon spent 13 years with a CMO developing and manufacturing products for Pharmaceutical and medical device customers, including drug packaging and repackaging and combination products. With more than 17 years of experience in regulated industries, he now leads the Medivant Chandler quality team.
Information Technology Director
Matthew is the IT Director for Medivant Healthcare. He spent 5 years as an IT professional in endpoint management and helpdesk support before joining Medivant. He has a mixed background in IT and programming brining a wide skillset to the team for system engineering and support. Previously he led a Windows upgrade project for 10,000 endpoints where data backup and software re-installation was managed autonomously with custom coded apps. Matthew is currently leading the implementation of our new ERP platform.
